$20 deposit required to book. deposit can be sent through
CashApp - $CarsonMccullers or Venmo - @Carson-Mccullers-1
if you have neither options let me know.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule you must give me a
24 hour notice. If you reschedule twice you will lose your deposit.

Please include your full name.
If inquiring about a tattoo, please include the following information:
1. description of your idea with 3-5 reference photos
2. size in inches 3. placement
